KT brings over 20 years’ experience in Telecom Industry, focusing on business solutions development and strategic collaboration with government and enterprise. He started his career journey as Solution Architect, led different digital transformation projects of different industries and pioneering the strategic collaboration profile during his service in Celcom.
He is now leading the Huawei Cloud business in Malaysia, to develop the effective action plans and strategy focus on enterprise digital transformation solutions and ecosystem building, to meet the ever-changing strategic business needs and client business requirements. Victor Chu joined Kaspersky as the Head of Systems Engineering for South East Asia (SEA) region, bringing with him 19 years of ICT industry experience. Dr. Dzaharudin Mansor

Dr. Dzahar received a First-Class Honors Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University, Australia in 1985, and completed his PhD in Computer Science in 1988. He completed the MIT Management Sloan School on AI Implications on Business Strategy in 2020, and has professional certifications in AI, Big Data, Data Science, Cloud, Cyber Security and Computer Architecture. Dr Dzahar joined Microsoft in 2005 and has more than 36 years of professional experience in technology in senior leadership, engineering, research as well as academic roles.
In 2010, he had the honor of leading the Business Services Economic Transformation Program (ETP) Labs and was appointed as a National Education Policy Review Council member in 2018. He has been a key contributor in various other national technology roadmaps and frameworks in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security, IoT, Green Technology, Technology Foresight, Interoperability, and others. He is an Adjunct Professor at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and member of Industrial Advisory Panels at several other universities.
