Sharma KSK Lachu spent nearly a decade in Australia before returning to Malaysia in 2008. During his time in Sydney, he worked for some of the largest HR consulting and technology firms and was in charge of state-of-the-art HR technologies and integrations in the space of talent measurement.
In his 16 years of experience in the industry, he has had the opportunity to work on HR technology projects in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia Indonesia and Thailand. Leaving his role as a senior consultant in Sydney, Sharma Lachu, founded Accendo Technologies and moved back to Malaysia as he recognised a market opportunity to help build organizational capability in this region. Jan Lambrechts is the CEO and founder EPITOME (formerly CXS International), a workforce-analytics company focused on preparing workforces for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and supporting the new norm of technology enabled learning and working. He has had a 20-year entrepreneurial career spanning five continents and was one of the early enablers of cloud (server-based) computing for enterprises in the late 90s for MNCs. Jan also co-founded a commercial cloud storage platform in mid 2000s.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from University Science Malaysia. He started his career as a Software Solution Specialist where he was involved in designing and developing order fulfillment systems. He then joined an international company as ERP consultant. In 2000, he join a new start-up, InsiteMY as partner, he then move on to this current position as Group CEO.
In 2018, he co-foundered and CEO of OrangeFIN Asia, an AI-powered RPA startup that develop its own software AI robots, OrangeFIN Asia have since been helping a number of large banks and many SMEs to automate their repetitive, mundane and laborious task.

Ong Kian Yew is the CEO of PIKOM, the National Tech Association of Malaysia, an industry association representing over 1,000 active members that command 80% of the total tech business in Malaysia. As CEO, he is responsible for the operations of the association and its wholly-owned events arm, PIKOM Services Sdn Bhd.
Kian Yew is very active representing PIKOM at international fora including the World IT and Services Alliance (WITSA) and the Asian Oceanian Computing Industry Organisation (ASOCIO). He served as Secretary General of ASOCIO in 2013.

Calvin Ng
Calvin Ng, Regional Manager, is responsible for sales and account management in Malaysia and Thailand.
He started his career as a Network Engineer for Philip Morris Malaysia. He then moved into software support for inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and subsequently moved into management and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Prior to joining Blancco, Calvin provided consultancy services for implementation, project management and training for POS systems in Oracle. With over 11 years of experience in McAfee, Paul has been working closely with customers around Greater China regions. In 2010, he had the honor of leading the Business Services Economic Transformation Program (ETP) Labs and was appointed as a National Education Policy Review Council member in 2018. He has been a key contributor in various other national technology roadmaps and frameworks in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security, IoT, Green Technology, Technology Foresight, Interoperability, and others. Ms Nathwani is the Chief Information Officer at Prince Court Medical Centre, a prestigious private hospital located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this position she is responsible for all aspects of ICT operations, carries the operating and capital budget for all ICT expenditure, and additionally drives the ICT strategy for the facility.
She has over 27 years experience in healthcare IT, both in the public and private healthcare sectors. She is recognized as a pioneer in healthcare ICT implementations in Malaysia, successfully many firsts in the country, including the first fully paperless hospital.
Outside of her professional career, Ms Nathwani serves of the Executive Committee of the PIKOM CIO Chapter (PCC), where she is the current chairperson. PCC’s aim is to be the voice of the Tech Industry to the end-user community. It comprises the CIOs/IT Heads of 170 member companies from large corporations across diverse industries.
